Small FOV, high smoothness
Escape from Tarkov fights are messy. A huge FOV magnet looks robotic in spectator view and in Arena rematches. Keep FOV tight so the assist only grabs the player you are already tracking. Raise smoothness so the correction looks like mouse control.

No. Armor, drop, and travel time still exist. The tool assists inside a FOV. Misses still happen. That is expected.

Small FOV, high smoothness, thorax or mixed bone priority, and a human reaction delay. Instant 180 snaps are how people get reported in Arena.
Should I use aimbot without ESP?
You can. You will still die to people you never saw. ESP plus a conservative aim profile is the usual raid pair.
Does aimbot work on Factory and Woods the same way?
Use different FOV. Factory is close. Woods needs less magnet and more drop compensation. Save two profiles.
Do I need a new aimbot after every patch?
You need a current build. Offsets move. Check Status, then queue. An old loader is a wasted raid, not a settings problem.
